The Daniel Bunker Memorial Fund honors a life of service and generosity by supporting projects that bring people together, encourage active living, and strengthen community connections.

The Daniel Bunker Memorial Fund was created to lovingly honor the life of Daniel G. Bunker (1975-2025) a devoted member of our community who’s life was marked by service, generosity and care for others. From the Homer Volunteer Fire Department and local elementary school to the Boy Scouts and many quiet acts of kindness, Daniel was the kind of person who showed up.
Gifts to this fund will support memorial projects in his honor that can be used and enjoyed by all, with the hope of fostering connection to the outdoors, active living, and, most importantly, to one another.
As an Acorn fund this fund is currently welcoming gifts.
