The Homer Foundation has the opportunity to increase its unrestricted funding with the generous donation of $15,000 from an anonymous donor. This donor will match all donations to unrestricted funds donated to The Homer Foundation up to $15,000. With the current state of Alaska’s finances and the loss of federal funding flowing to non-profits, the need to support all non-profit organizations is steadily increasing. The Homer Foundation is working proactively to recognize and fill those needs. This fundraising effort will directly raise funds to be distributed through our year round grant giving process.
